Log off for real.

A work-life boundary app concept — end-of-day rituals, rumination redirects, and morning review to help knowledge workers disconnect.
ShiftOff helps knowledge workers actually disconnect — ritual builders, rumination redirects, and a morning review that closes the loop on what you carried home from work.
The concept treats 'logging off' as a designed behavior, not a willpower test. Slide deck and narrative still in progress; images below are the current artifact set.

Work follows you home — notifications, open loops, and Sunday scaries.
Mechanic
End-of-day rituals + vault-locked work apps until morning review.
Work
Visual overview

High-fidelity screens and device mockups from the ShiftOff concept — onboarding hurdles through dashboard, settings, and handoff flows.
Reflection
Placeholder reflection — ShiftOff is about making boundaries feel supportive instead of punitive. I'd next test whether ritual prompts change after-hours Slack checking in a real cohort.
